Does it work on every phone?

iPhone and most Android phones read the chip, and no app is needed. On iPhone a small pop-up appears first: tap it to open the profile. Most phone cameras also scan the QR.

What does "dynamic QR" mean?

The QR on your card opens your own profile link. Change your number, links or photos and the same QR shows the new details.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is usually 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. We do not dispatch on Sundays and public holidays.

Can I see how often my card is used?

Yes. Your card has a private insights page that only you can open. It shows the number of taps, whether people came by NFC, QR or link, their device and city, and the buttons they click most. People you meet can also share their number with you on WhatsApp from your profile.

Ordering for your team?

Each card gets its own profile, so every person on your team has their own page and their own details.

What if something is wrong with my card?

If it arrives damaged, has a printing mistake, or stops working within 100 days of delivery, send us a photo and we replace it free, or refund you if you prefer. Every order also has a 100-day refund, counted from the day of delivery. See our refund policy.
