What is TapSticky?

TapSticky makes NFC business cards, Google review cards and plates, and smart NFC gifts in Greater Noida. Tap one with a phone and a web page opens: your contact details, links, social media or your Google review page. No app needed.

What products do you offer?

What is an NFC business card?

An NFC business card contains a tiny wireless chip that shares your digital profile when someone taps it with their smartphone. No app needed: it works on iPhone XR and newer and on most Android phones with NFC. Your profile includes your name, photo, links, portfolio, and contact details.

How does it work?

Hand your card to someone → they tap it with their phone → your digital profile opens in their browser in under 2 seconds → they can save your contact, click your links, or visit your portfolio. Every tap is counted in your card insights.

How is it different from a paper business card?

One NFC card replaces stacks of paper cards. You can change your details any time, so the card never goes out of date, and people save your contact with one tap instead of typing it in.

Do I need an app?

No. Neither you nor the person tapping needs any app. NFC is built into all modern smartphones. The profile opens directly in the phone's web browser.

Which phones are compatible?

Every iPhone from the XR (2018) onwards and most mid-range and flagship Android phones with NFC: Samsung Galaxy, OnePlus, Pixel, Xiaomi, Realme, Oppo, Vivo, and more.

What if someone's phone doesn't have NFC?

Every TapSticky profile also has a QR code as a backup. The person can scan the QR code on their screen or you can share your profile link directly.

How much does a TapSticky NFC card cost?

White NFC business card: ₹349. Black matte premium: ₹449. Metal NFC business card: ₹2,000. Transparent NFC business card: ₹2,999. Google review card: ₹349. Google review plate: ₹449. All prices include free professional design customization. Prices are for one piece: packs of 2 or 5 cost less each, and fully custom card designs cost more.

Are there any recurring fees?

No. TapSticky is a one-time purchase. Your digital profile, analytics, theme customization, and lifetime updates are all included. No monthly or yearly subscription.

Do you offer bulk/corporate pricing?

Yes. Team prices start at Rs 100 + GST a card for 10 to 24 cards, down to Rs 40 + GST for 100 or more, and delivery is charged extra. See NFC cards for teams or WhatsApp us at +91 77186 97718.

What's the delivery time?

We ship from Greater Noida in 1 to 2 business days after you approve your design, with tracking. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after that, free across India. We do not offer express shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship pan-India. International shipping coming soon. Contact us for special requests.

What's your return policy?

Every order comes with a 100-day refund. If a card is defective (NFC not working, print error), we also replace it free of charge. WhatsApp us to start a refund or replacement.

Card & Profile Setup

How do I set up my digital profile?

After ordering, our team contacts you for design details (photo, name, links, colors). We design your card and profile, send a preview for approval, then produce and ship. Your profile is ready before the card arrives.

Can I update my profile after getting the card?

Yes. Update your name, photo, links, bio, and any other info from your phone at any time. The physical card stays the same; only the digital profile changes.

Can I see how many times my card is tapped?

Yes. Your card insights show how many times your card was tapped, whether by NFC, QR code or link, the device, the state or city, and which links get the most clicks. They do not show who tapped. Insights are included at no extra cost.

What if I lose my card?

Your page is safe because it lives online, not on the card. Order a spare card for ₹199 and it opens the same page, so you do not set anything up again. At checkout, use the same phone number or email as your first order so we can link it.

Can I change my profile theme?

Yes. Switch between our 15 themes anytime, including profession themes such as Clinic for doctors, Ledger for chartered accountants and Studio for photographers.

How many links can I add?

Unlimited. Social media, websites, portfolios, documents, calendars, payment links: add as many as you want.

Can I upload files (PDFs, brochures)?

Yes. Upload PDFs, images, price lists, menus, or any document. Visitors can download them directly from your profile.

Technical Questions

What NFC chip do you use?

NTAG216: 888 bytes of memory, supports URLs up to 854 characters. Read range: 1-4 cm. Operating frequency: 13.56 MHz. NFC Forum Type 2 compliant.

Is the card waterproof?

Yes. Our PVC cards are waterproof and durable. They survive rain, spills, and everyday wear. Standard credit card dimensions: 85.6×54mm, 0.8mm thick.

How long does the card last?

The NFC chip has no battery and no moving parts. It's powered by the phone's electromagnetic field when tapped. Expected lifespan: about 10 years with normal use (the NTAG216 chip is rated for 10 years of data retention).

Is my data secure?

The NFC chip only stores a URL pointing to your profile page on TapSticky's secure servers. No personal data is stored on the chip. Your profile is served over HTTPS.

Can someone clone my card?

NTAG216 chips have a unique, factory-set serial number that cannot be changed. While NFC data can technically be read, your profile is secured on our servers, and the physical card serves as a convenient delivery method, not a security token.

Google Review Cards

How does the review card work?

The card is programmed with your Google Business Profile review URL. When a customer taps it, Google Maps opens directly to the "Write a Review" screen. They select stars, write a review, and submit, in about 15 seconds.

Can I use it for Zomato/Swiggy reviews?

Each card links to one review URL. We recommend Google Reviews for maximum SEO impact. We can make separate cards for Zomato, Justdial, or any platform.

How many more reviews will I get?

It depends on how often you and your team offer the card. The card removes the friction: one tap instead of searching for your listing, so asking every customer becomes easy.
