Our promise: a 100-day refund on every item
Every item you buy from TapSticky comes with a 100-day refund. That includes personalised and custom items (cards, keychains, stickers, rakhis and invitations printed with your name, logo or design), and items bought on sale or with a discount code. The 100 days start on the day your order is delivered.

How to request a refund
Email support@tapsticky.in or WhatsApp us on +91 77186 97718 with your order number. Your order number is all the proof of purchase we need. Please ask us before sending anything back: items sent to us without a request cannot be matched to an order.

If we need the item back, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns go to:

Condition of the item
Personalised and custom items are refunded even though they have been printed for you and may have been used. They do not need to be unused, unopened or in their original packaging. Items that are not personalised should come back in the condition you received them, in their original packaging where possible.

Damaged, faulty, misprinted or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing mistake or is not what you ordered, or stops working within 100 days of delivery, tell us with a photo. We will send a free replacement, or a full refund if you prefer.

Refunds
Once we approve your refund, we pay it to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders we refund to a UPI ID or bank account you share with us. On sale or discounted orders we refund the amount you actually paid. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at support@tapsticky.in.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to request a refund for the one you have and place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Our 100-day refund already covers this period.
