Does it work on iPhone and Android?

The tap works on iPhone XS, XR, SE 2020 and every newer iPhone (phone awake, touch the top edge to the card, then tap the banner) and on Android phones with NFC switched on (unlock the phone, hold the middle of its back flat on the card). Every other phone scans the QR code with its camera. Nobody needs an app.

How do I set it up? Do I need an app or a computer?

No app, no computer. Tap or scan the card with your own phone, sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, find your business on Google Maps and save. It takes about two minutes. Your business must already be on Google Maps. Every tap or scan after that opens your review page.

Is there a monthly fee or renewal?

No. You pay once. No subscription, no yearly charge, no app. The link on the card is hosted by TapSticky and included in the price.

Card or plate: which one should I get?

The card is for handing over: give it with the bill or keep it at the table, and the customer taps it on their phone. The plate is 10 x 10 cm acrylic that sticks flat on the counter, wall or glass door, so it is always in sight. See the review plate.

Can I get my logo on it?

This card is ready-made in one design: the Google G in black and silver, shipped from stock. For a card with your own logo, message us on WhatsApp.

Is asking for reviews like this allowed by Google?

Yes. Google's own help page tells businesses to share a review link or QR code with customers; this card is that link and QR code. What is not allowed: discounts or gifts for reviews, asking only happy customers, or staff writing reviews. The card simply opens your review page.

What if it arrives damaged or stops working?
